I am a post graduate in Public Administration and is also pursuing my Diploma from Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. A certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and C2 Proficient in English according to the Common European Framework of Reference and has completed certification from British Council, Chennai and EFSET. I was in the corporate industry for close to 20 years, and has in-depth knowledge of the the nitty-gritties of organisation and its people and how to work around challenges of a highly demanding environment. I have worked in various verticals in the service and Banking industry and has handled innumerable projects and assignments. Has won quite a lot of accolades and has constantly proved to be an important contributor in all areas.
I worked as a coach, mentor, and trainer in my last assignment with a leading international bank. I have completed Train the Trainers workshop as well as a Facilitator Training Program. I also conduct workshops and the sessions are generally focused on Communication Skills, Behavioral Skills, Time Management, Stress Management, Self Confidence, Customer Service Skills, Business Etiquettes and Business Writing Skills.
