What is the right age to start learning music? My son who is 4.5 years of age has shown interest in music especially keyboard. 

4 years and above is generaly considered to be the best age to start introducing / teaching music. However, great artists say, there is no particular age for the same.

What should be the fees for teaching hip -hop , contemporary, Bollywood in Delhi at home?

It purely depends on the tutors skill level. It normally starts at Rs.2000/- and goes upto 10k. Gud luck.

I purchased a Casio keyboard, I can play Bollywood songs on one hand but I would like to learn with both hands with chords. Can I learn individually or do I need to get some trainer.? I did not find any videos on YouTube to play from both hands.

Dear Shubham, My personal suggestion would be to get a good tutor to help you master the art ! You can use Youtube videos / GarageBand etc to practice your skill at home.
