Learning English is by five ways thinking, hearing, speaking, writing, reading in English.
First and foremost we r not supposed to think or compose sentences in Hindi in our mind and then translate to English. It will result in faulty and grammatically wrong English speaking.
Always try to listen to English news, English shows movies and songs.
Try to talk in English with any amateur English learner or among family and friends 24 hrs.
Read storybooks, newspapers, or anything of interest in English.
Try to compose/write sth .original in English at least one page each day.
These five activities will help you improve your fluency in spoken English along with the guidance of your teacher.

To be fluent in English, one needs to do five things primarily- READ, WRITE, SPEAK, LISTEN AND TALK in the English language. Fluency will come gradually.
First and foremost, it is essential to think in English and not to think in any other language in mind and translate that to English and then speak. One should read books of their interest, starting with simple sentence constructions. Always try to compose and write something in English. Also, try and increase vocabulary. Speak even if you speak wrong at the beginning with your friends.listen to news for latest pronunciation. Read Times of India newspaper for the best language development.
