work professional (MSW – Community Development, Madras School of Social Work) with over 3.5 years of experience in teaching, training, facilitation, and curriculum development. My professional journey spans across reputed organizations such as Kalanjiyam Trust, Quest Alliance, World Vision India, and MSSW, where I worked with school and college students, youth, and community groups.

In my teaching and facilitation roles, I have:
• Conducted life skills, communication, and employability training for school and ITI students.
• Designed and delivered curricula and workshops on personal development, health awareness, and counseling support.
• Supported remedial students with customized teaching approaches to strengthen their learning outcomes.
• Anchored interactive learning spaces using methods such as role plays, case studies, group discussions, and visual aids to foster engagement and reflection.
• Coordinated with schools, teachers, and communities to ensure smooth project implementation and meaningful student participation.

I strongly believe that education should nurture not only academic excellence but also holistic growth – emotional, social, and ethical development. My ability to adapt lessons to students’ needs, build rapport, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment allows me to positively influence learners from diverse backgrounds.

Currently, I also work as a freelance facilitator and researcher, authoring educational resources and conducting workshops, while tutoring students in English and life skills.
