I have had a deep interest in yoga, beginning my journey through school-based yoga sessions where I regularly practised asanas, pranayama, and basic meditation techniques. These early experiences helped shape my understanding of yoga as more than just physical exercise—it became a way of life. Motivated by this passion, I pursued formal education in yoga, completing a Diploma and Teacher Training Certification in Yoga. I have also conducted yoga classes at schools, gaining practical teaching experience and connecting with students of different age groups. Currently, I am further enhancing my knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master’s degree in Yoga, aiming to integrate traditional wisdom with modern understanding for holistic health and well-being.
