I have twenty-two years of experience in the field of education. With a post-graduate MA in English Literature, I have always been passionate about teaching. My expertise lies in teaching students English, Mathematics, and Science from classes first to eighth.
For me, teaching is not just a profession; it's a calling that I wholeheartedly embrace. Education is the key to unlocking a child's potential, and I take great pride in participating in that journey. When conducting my classes, I prefer the traditional offline approach. Face-to-face interaction allows me to connect better with my students and understand their needs and learning styles. This, in turn, enables me to tailor my teaching methods to suit each student's requirements.
I use a whiteboard in my classroom to effectively illustrate concepts and ideas. Visual aids play a vital role in facilitating learning, and the whiteboard is a valuable tool for making lessons engaging and interactive. To ensure that my students thoroughly understand the topics covered, I make it a point to provide them with comprehensive notes. These notes are handy reference materials for them to revisit and reinforce their learning outside the classroom.
Additionally, regular assessments are essential for gauging a student's progress and identifying areas that may need extra attention. To this end, I conduct weekly tests that challenge my students and help them assess their growth and knowledge retention. In my teaching approach, I prioritise creating a warm and nurturing environment for my students. I want them to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their thoughts, and exploring their curiosity. A supportive and encouraging atmosphere fosters a love for learning and inspires students to reach their full potential.
