Yoga promotes physical strength because you learn to use all your muscles in new ways.simple posture and concentration techniques are taught in this class that helps develop strength agility and coordination. It also helps children to focus and concentrate in school and get better grades.

If kids start practicing yoga from young age they can improve their immunity and prevent seasonal illness such as common cold,flu,allergic symptoms and heriditory diseases such as obesity blood pressure diabetes etc.

You can practice yoga from the age 4 . Old age people can also do yoga to have their healthy and stress free life. Middle age people who have busy schedule can spend one hour for their health. people with obesity do yoga for the weight management.

We were conducting classes only for ladies and kids.
