Soft skill is a terrifying word used by one and all. Soft skills relate to your verbal and non-verbal communication which is the way you speak, body language, the way you present yourself in public. First focus on your body language and your grooming. Start observing others more and more and then using that try to frame your responses to the others. Last, do not get worried or nervous or underestimate yourself. You can do it.
