With over 3 decades of Managerial experience,has been a hands on man in hard core selling encompassing a wide range of products and industries from FMCG products, Concept Marketing, Direct selling, Monopoly selling and has trained and converted many Sales Persons into Sales Managers in his career. He is one of the successful Sales Executives to launch the first Micro wave Ovens in the year 1991 through Direct Marketing Channel, which was a bold step at that time for this type of product and found success by establishing the product by educating and continuous training to both the public and the dealers thus paving the way for Successful Dealer Sales which has become the practice today.
P.Ramesh is also trained by IIM - Ahmedabad in their One Month Training Programme for Middle Management Managers in their 3 TP Programme held at Ahmedabad.
P.Ramesh Has done his One Year PGDMM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
P.Ramesh believes in imparting Training in a Friendly way loaded with Techniques and Concepts gained over the years of his experience. Having combined his theoretical knowledge with his practical experience in various facets of Sales & Marketing, he understands the ground realities and gives solutions most suited to his customer’s requirements. He is quick witted and combines seriousness with a tinge of humor due to his very down to earth and easy going personality. With his passion for Music, and being a good singer himself, he presents his training programme interesting to the last minute like a vanilla ice-cream dipped in chocolate sauce which lingers in your tongue till the last drop.
