As an Internationally Certified Yoga Coach and Yoga Therapist I have been guiding and coaching clients worldwide for 10.5+ years. My primary focus of work is to -

Offer a "Customized" and "Integrated" yoga therapy (One-One) specific to your ailment be it - Diabetes, Asthma, Spinal issues, Posture Alignment, Insomnia, Knee pain or Stress/Overthinking/Anxiety issues etc. integrated with Ayurveda Diet recommendations and an Initial Assessment of their overall health.

Focus on Women's health - Work on the overall well-being - right from Fitness, Holistic Weight Loss, working on their healthy eating habits, helping them find balance and happiness, be it a homemaker or a professional.

Helping young moms to get conceived naturally, guiding them through prenatal/antenatal yoga journey releasing their anxiety, stress and physical movements, meditation and breathwork helping them to get a "Normal" delivery. Journey does not stop here, they continue their Postnatal yoga after their 3 months of pregnancy to sustain their health and wellbeing, come back stronger for them and their baby.
