Mostly spoken Marathi will be useful if you go to Maharashtra. Even in Maharashtra the marathi accent differs from district to districe. There might be a different pronounciation in Mumbai, Pune, Solapur, Sangli, etc. I will be covering the spoken Marathi of Mumbai, as I myself have stayed in Mumbai for 30 years.
