Sharumathi

My name is Sharumathi S, and I am a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences graduate from Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College, Chennai.

I have completed a one-year internship at GYNMCH, where I gained hands-on clinical experience across various departments including acupuncture, yoga therapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, massage, and lifestyle management. This exposure has helped me develop strong skills in patient assessment, therapy planning, and holistic care.


My key strengths include effective patient communication, individualized treatment planning, and a disciplined, ethical approach to clinical practice. I am particularly interested in lifestyle disorder management and preventive healthcare.

I have also been taking yoga classes and home based consultation for the past two years , also well known in different practices in yoga like(raja yoga, power yoga,kundalini yoga etc...)
