Soft Skill Trainer & Social Worker

I am a dedicated Soft Skill Trainer and Social Worker with experience in training, community development, and human rights initiatives. I specialise in delivering practical and engaging soft skills sessions that help students and youth build confidence, improve communication, and prepare for professional life.

As a trainer, I conduct programmes on communication skills, personality development, leadership, workplace behaviour, emotional intelligence, and career readiness. My sessions are learner-centred, interactive, and designed to meet real-world workplace expectations.

In my role as a social worker, I have actively contributed to human rights and CSR projects, working closely with women, youth, children, transgender individuals, and the LGBTQ+ community. I have organised and facilitated awareness programmes on mental health, HIV/AIDS prevention, social inclusion, and personal well-being in communities, educational institutions, and correctional settings.

I have also served as a guest speaker and trainer at colleges and training centres, supporting students in developing meaningful professional connections and enhancing employability skills.

I am passionate about promoting human dignity, equality, and empowerment through education and skill development. With strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and commitment, I strive to create positive social impact and support individuals in achieving personal and professional growth.
