Group Class 1: 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM (IST), Mon, Wed, Fri, Fee: 3000 INR/month
Group Class 2: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM (IST), Mon-Fri, Fee: 2000 INR/month

Group Class 3: (Exclusively Kids)
4:30 PM - 5:10 PM (IST), Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fee: 1000 INR/month

Yoga, unlike other physical exercises, is a transformational practice. Weight reduction, stress relief, improvement in strength & flexibility are inevitable by-products of Yoga, but it offers much more than those - which is merely experiential!

My practice sessions will be unique.
I incorporate breath variations, vinyasa sequences, chanting (non-religious) - all in line with the traditional principles of Yoga practice.
I put myself in every practitioners shoes, understand them and guide them accordingly.

Giving Kids the experience of Yoga at an young age is one the best treasure that a parent could give their children. There are number of physical benefits a child would get from a regular practice but I feel one great outcome which is - SENSE REFINEMNET! It is very essential for today's children. What if a child is sensible enough to decide that I having been playing on gadget for a long time and let me now do something else. Let me try to understand why my parent is upset with my attitude, let me be honest, let me confess, let me accept the situation. let me be patient and rethink.......
Every child is unique! every child is bright! only that we need to provide them conducive habits. Don't you think so?
