I also offer Yoga Therapy sessions designed to help manage common concerns such as back pain, stress, stiffness, posture correction, and lifestyle-related imbalances through mindful movement and breathwork. In addition, I conduct engaging kids yoga classes that combine movement, creativity, and breathing exercises to improve concentration, coordination, and confidence in children. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable to all levels — from beginners to intermediate practitioners. I believe yoga is not just exercise, but a lifelong journey of self-awareness and inner growth.
