I am have completed my studies from a Sports Hostel(Sports Development Authority of Tamilnadu).
I have trained 1000+ male and female in the age gruop from 11 years to 65+ years. I have an expertise for rehab for back pain knee pain shoulder injuiry. I had worked for 6 months with Physio to assist him for rehab of his patients. Also provide with strength training, sports performance improvement, weight management( weight loss and weight gain). I give training, rehab at the clients place of convenience, residence and their convenient time.
