My expertise spans across Fertility and Prenatal Yoga, Menopause counselor, Yoga for Pain Management, Bach Flower Remedy consultant, Mudra, Varma and Thokkanam (traditional Siddha-based therapies), and Herbal Sciences enthusiast.
With a deep-rooted passion for integrative health, I also work as an Epigenetic Researcher, exploring the connection between genetic expression and lifestyle choices using ancient wisdom and modern science. My approach to healing is grounded in both traditional Indian practices and contemporary research, enabling a personalized, gentle, and effective path toward well-being.
I view the womb as an active and dynamic environment where the fetus is deeply influenced by the mother’s emotions, thoughts, and physiology. During pregnancy, a woman experiences profound hormonal shifts that bring about changes in her physiological and psychological state.
Through mindful perinatal care, I help expectant mothers harness hormonal balance, prepare for a positive birthing experience, support the healthy development of the fetus, and nurture a strong prenatal bond. To me, perinatal care is the foundation of mindful parenting
