Even though I am a Post Graduate in Finance & was working for about 11 years, I always have the passion for Yoga and also want to teach & train others as well, so that it gives me a complete satisfaction of sharing my knowledge not only for my well being but also for others as well. In order to do so, I've done my international Hatha Yoga advanced teacher training course. My style of yoga training involves Asanas, Kriyas, Bandhas, and Meditation. I also address problems relating to Obesity, Sinus, Backpain, Digestive Disorders, Knee Pain, Throid, Stress,Migraine, Insomnia etc through above mentioned techniques.I also do take classes for Pregnancy yoga as well (Prenatal & Postnatal).
