Possesses a rare and very rich experience in industry and academia as Executive, Trainer, Researcher, Consultant, Professor and Director for 3 ½ decade. ½ decade in Tamil Nadu Industrial Explosives and 3 decade in Anna University. Started his education in Anglo Indian High School, went up to Doctoral degree in Anna University. With deep passion in Quality Management, acquired intensive training from The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship, JAPAN, ATB Institute for Applied System Technology Bremen GmbH, GERMANY, BSI Training Services, LONDON and many more institutions.
He has garnered versatile knowledge by travelling widely to United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Dubai, Kuwait, Italy, Switzerland, France & Singapore for training, meetings ,conferences, Industrial visits, Presentations, etc.,
Served as DIRECTOR, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Anna University, under UGC XII Plan ,during which NAAC Assessed and Accredited Anna University. Apart from satisfactorily discharging all the regular faculty duties of Teaching ,Research and Administration, voluntarily took additional responsibility TO ACCOMPLISH MY MISSION by Creating , Establishing , and Successfully Managing, AU TVS Centre for Quality Management, Anna University, a Self-Supporting Centre, by growing from Co-ordinator to DIRECTOR.The centre now stands with international recognition. All with stupendous support from the House of TVS and Anna University.
