Smt. Rajeshwarri Santhanakrishnan - Founder and Director of NRITTA THARANGAM has been an avid follower of great Tradition of performing Arts. As a Teacher following footsteps of her Gurus Sri.V.Balagurunathan and Smt.Gayatri Krishnaveni Lakshmanan who hailed from Kalakshetra , she strongly believes in Guru Shishya Parampara of Learning . Her Goal is to spread the culture and Heritage of Indian classical art forms which imbibes the values of tradition and discipline in it. Being a performer, she has toured all over India and have performed in many prestigious Dance festivals .

She has always been acclaimed for her Bhava (Expressions) , choreographic skills and as a Script Writer for AARAMB DANCE PRODUCTION FESTIVALS .She has been awarded the Titles “ Nruthia Mani” ," bharata kala soodamani " , “ Aadya Natya Shironmani“ , “ Natya kalaimamani “ by prestigious sabhas across chennai.

NRITTA THARANGAM was started in Feb, 5th - 2010 and now the academy is known for the value of education it offers with growing number of diligent students.
