I have completed my Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, along with a course in Lifestyle Modification and studies in Psychology. My educational background has given me a good understanding of holistic health, yoga, lifestyle management, and the psychological aspects of working with people.

I have a strong interest and experience in teaching yoga, and I really enjoy helping people develop healthy and sustainable habits. During my internship at a government hospital, I gained practical exposure to working with patients from different age groups and backgrounds. This experience helped me develop good communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to understand individual needs.

I am particularly comfortable working with elderly people, children, and pregnant women, while making sure that the practices and guidance are appropriate for their individual needs and limitations. I believe in adapting my approach rather than using the same method for everyone.

I would say my strengths are my ability to connect with people, explain things in a simple and understandable way, motivate them to stay consistent, and create a comfortable environment while teaching. My background in naturopathy, yoga, lifestyle modification, and psychology allows me to take a more holistic approach to wellness.

Overall, I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga, healthy lifestyle practices, and personalized guidance.
