I am a yoga teacher trained to take yoga classes from beginner to all levels . I can take yoga class and meditation for fitness and stress relief, anxiety depression and sleep disturbances. I prefer to take online classes.I can make your learning easier and comfortable. I have been taking classes in yoga and meditation and the trainees give a very good feedback. I have also conducted some workshops with good feedback from the clients.
