We tailor make classes for the fitness lovers who are regular bees for practice to keep them healthy and fit. Exploring different postures from beginner level to intermediate.

Students get to learn not only Asanas but also various other practices of yoga such as Kriyas, Bandhas, Mudras, Pranayama, Trataka, Meditation and shlokas. Those who want physical fitness will also get the taste of inward journey getting started.

There will be interactive sessions too for better understanding of what we learning and practising.

Just a Yoga mat and comfortable clothes are needed to get started.

*Morning*

5:45 - 6:45 (Adults Male and Female)
7:00 - 8:00 (Senior citizens)
10:00 - 11:00 (Ladies batch)( Mon , Wed & Friday)

*Evening*

5:30 - 6:30 (Kids)
6:30 - 7:30 (Adults Male and Female)

Therapy timings will be depend upon the client comfort and the masters comfort.

*Private sessions will be 1000/- per session.*

*Group sessions will be 4000/- monthly (Mon to Fri)*
