I am a certified yoga instructor with over 9 years of teaching experience, having completed my Yoga Instructor course from the reputed SVYASA University. My approach blends traditional practices with a modern understanding of the mind-body connection.

I specialize in training young adults (18–21 years) and have conducted year-long programs focused on improving stress management, concentration, flexibility, and overall energy levels. My classes are thoughtfully designed to be joyful, engaging, and easy to follow, making yoga not just a practice but an experience to enjoy.

I strongly believe that consistent yoga practice can prevent and even heal various ailments, making it a powerful step toward a disease-free life.
