About the Course


We take your measurements( weight , height and bod measurements) on the 1st day of therapy and show you the difference on the last day of treatment. It would be a 1.30 hrs class daily for 10 days and the exercises you learnt shall be given to you in a prescription form, which you can use for doing the exercises at home post the classes. Assured results shown within 10 days.
