Talking like a Native English speaker has to do more with how you sound in English. There are specific lessons for sound and sound is produced by your tongue, throat and mouth. I am a tutor and I get good responses from students for communication training (advanced) and spoken English training. These students who are into communication training category have decent to good English skills but still need improvement. So they are constantly asking me for speaking training / spoken only. What topics do I cover for such students who needs only topics to talk?

How to speak with a client while having a conversation on call?

Much of talking to clients has to do with listening and responding. An even better way is to ask questions and narrow it down to what the client wants. This way it will be much easier for you to handle the call.
