I am a passionate Bharatanatyam dancer and instructor, and I have been teaching students for the past 5 years. Dance has always been an integral part of my life, and through teaching, I aim to share the beauty, discipline, and cultural richness of Bharatanatyam with my students.

I have completed my Arangetram, which marks my formal initiation into professional-level Bharatanatyam performance. This milestone has strengthened my foundation in the art form and deepened my understanding of its techniques, expressions, and traditions. It has also inspired me to continue growing as both a performer and a teacher.

My teaching approach focuses on building a strong base in the fundamentals of Bharatanatyam, including posture, adavus, hand gestures, expressions, and rhythm. I believe that mastering the basics is essential for students to progress confidently and perform with grace and precision.

I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment in my classes where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. I guide them patiently through each step, ensuring they understand not just the movements but also the meaning and emotion behind them. This helps students develop both technical skills and artistic expression.

I work with students at different levels and adapt my teaching style according to their learning pace and goals. Whether someone is a beginner or looking to refine their skills, I focus on providing personalized attention and helping them improve consistently.

I conduct both online and offline classes, making it convenient for students to learn Bharatanatyam in a way that suits their schedule. My sessions are designed to be engaging and disciplined, helping students stay motivated while enjoying the learning process.

I am also planning to pursue an MA in Dance to further enhance my knowledge and expertise. My goal is to continue evolving as a dancer and teacher, while inspiring my students to appreciate and excel in this classical art form.
