I am a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher Trainer and a qualified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Trainer with a strong foundation in traditional and modern yoga practices. I offer online private sessions, individual coaching, group classes, and am open to working with yoga studios, home-based institutions, and wellness centers. My expertise includes yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, and yoga therapy, with an approach that supports physical fitness, flexibility, relaxation, and mental calmness. I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda Yoga, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, tailoring sessions to suit different fitness levels and individual needs.
