Bavadharani

Hi, I am Bavadharani, a BNYS student/doctor and yoga instructor with an interest in yoga, naturopathy, and healthy lifestyle practices. I conduct beginner-friendly, personalised yoga sessions for people who want to improve their flexibility, mobility, body awareness, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. My offerings include beginner yoga, flexibility and mobility practices, gentle strengthening through yoga, breathing practices (Pranayama), relaxation and meditation, posture and body-awareness practices, and personalised yoga routines according to the student's level and goals. Online classes consist of live 1-to-1 sessions, lasting 40–45 minutes each, conducted via Google Meet or WhatsApp video, suitable for beginners, with morning and evening slots available. Offline personalised and small-group sessions are available in Chennai, depending on location and schedule. My approach is that I do not believe everyone needs to follow exactly the same routine. I first understand your experience, goals, and limitations and then plan the session accordingly. Classes are progressive, beginner-friendly, and focused on learning yoga safely and consistently rather than simply performing difficult poses. Message me with your age, previous yoga experience, goal, and preferred timing to discuss the suitable class option. A short introductory or demo session can be arranged for new students.
