I am a USA yoga alliance internationally certified 800 hrs yoga teacher completed in mysure and rishikesh.
I am giving a online and tutor home tuition. As a yoga instructor, I have a passion for helping my students reach their goals, my experience includes teaching a wide range of yoga classes, including Hatha,Ashtanga vinyasa and Restorative. Sound bowl healing therapy session and areial yoga .I have also had the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups, from young children to seniors. Through out my career, I have consistently received positive review from my students. I am a patient and encouraging teacher,and I take the time to ensure that each student is comfortable and has a positive experience. I am also well-versed in a anatomy and physiology. and I use this knowledge to help my students get the most out of their practice.
