He joined Vishnudevananda Yoga Mandiram over 7 years ago and was initiated into the Yoga discipline by World renowned Master and Healer GURUJI YOGACHARYA ARUN KUMARJI (India).
Subsequently he got training on various other aspects of Yoga, Meditation, and Healing Sciences. He has trained many people of various religious, linguistic backgrounds and nationalities.
He WAS a senior teacher of Anand-Yoga (Yoga of Bliss), in Sri Lanka, which helps people in leading a happy, healthy and peaceful life based on scientific Yogic methodologies. He is also practicing energy healing technique called PRANASHAKTI MAHAVIDYA.
Guruji Yogacharya Arun Kumar ji had unique vision while meditating intensely on the Vivekananda Rock Memorial; he saw a brilliant golden light of Yoga engulfing the whole Universe. This inspired him to take the message of Yogic way of life to every nook and corner of humanity. Ajay is following Guruji in realizing this vision.
He has helped several patients through Yoga, Diet Therapy and Energy Healing at Apollo Hospitals & APOLLO WELNESS PLUS in Chennai (India).
He has assisted GURUJI in SAAOL of New Delhi, which organizes a program known as “Bye-passing the by-pass surgery” for cardiac patients. He conducts various workshops and courses on Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Breathing Workshop. He has helped many patients suffering from various types of problems through Therapeutic Yoga.
He has trained many in various institutions like Schools, Colleges, hospitals, Corporate, Clubs, associations, etc.
He has also conducted workshops/programs in companies like Polaris Software, HCL, Nine Stars, Iconium, Histogenetics etc.
Then from 2009-2012 as per GURUJI instruction he went Colombo (Srilanka) and helped many individuals and corporate houses…..
