I have ten years of experience teaching dance. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and a Bachelor's degree in Bharatanatyam from Bruhad Gujarat Sangeet Samiti. I feel very proud to say that I was awarded Kalathilak Nrithya Joyti for my exceptional performance in dance.
Teaching dance is my passion, and I have been taking part-time classes and government programs for the Gujarat government. I specialise in teaching Barathnatiyam and can teach in both Hindi and English. I have been conducting online courses for over a year, twice a week for one hour each. These interactive classes are customised according to the student's learning speed and are aimed at ensuring that the student learns effectively. My classes are open to students of all ages above six years and are designed to cater to their individual learning needs.
My classes are structured so that we start with a warm-up session, followed by the actual practical course. If a student needs help to attend dance exams, I am more than happy to assist them. I also provide theoretical and practical knowledge from the Gujarat Sangeet worksheet. To make the learning experience more engaging, I provide videos as well. Learning dance should be a joyful and fun-filled experience. Therefore, I ensure that my students learn in a relaxed environment and are encouraged to participate actively in the learning process. My dance classes are customised to suit the individual needs of each student.
