Teaching comes naturally because of my depth in knowledge. I conceive knowledge critically to bring out the best application from it.

I teach my discipline with conviction. This helps them understand the fundamental basics and their application in practice as per current situation. I emphasis more on practical approach to learning rather than an academic. Therefore I firmly believe, that an academic ranking doesn't prove that one is talented or brilliant. Every individual is unique and need a tender nurturing and care to bring out the best of their hidden talent and brilliance.

Generally my session are more interactive, students speak more than me in my class. As I trust their knowledge levels, key is I need to shape and nurture them in right directions. So I let their thoughts flow in, to channelize them.

And what best feedback one can get from student "Mam we don't remember what was taught to us in others class but we remember what you teach us. You bring in change in our life and our thoughts" This is a priceless honor from my students.
