"As a parent, I found the experience at this institute quite disappointing. While the science teachers are good, the behaviour of the Maths teacher is deeply concerning. Use of physical punishment such as hitting students with a steel ruler and pulling ears is completely unacceptable. Students are also scolded harshly in front of the class over small issues. Additionally, the overall environment among students is not well-managed, with bullying and mockery going unchecked. This creates a negative and unsafe atmosphere for learning. An institute should ensure both good teaching and student well-being, which unfortunately was not the case here. "
