Saundarya

My name is Saundarya Capoor. I have recently completed my Master's degree in Psychology from Amity University, Punjab, and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mehr Chand Mahajan College, Chandigarh.

Along with my academic background, I completed a Counselling Psychology Internship at a rehabilitation centre, where I worked with individuals recovering from substance use disorders. As part of my role, I conducted psychoeducation and emotional reflection activities, explained psychological concepts in simple language, and helped clients understand topics related to emotional well-being, coping strategies, and personal growth.

This experience strengthened my communication, patience, empathy, and ability to teach concepts according to an individual's level of understanding. It also taught me how to engage people effectively and create a supportive learning environment.

I enjoy helping others learn and grow, which is why I am interested in tuition teaching. I am responsible, approachable, and committed to making learning engaging and understandable for students. I believe my psychology background and experience working closely with people can help me support students both academically and personally.
