I am a dedicated educator specializing in Psychology for Classes 11 and 12, and Botany and Zoology from Class 9 up to the Master’s level. With over 3 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students through subjects that combine scientific understanding with human behavior and biological diversity. My teaching journey has been both national and international, allowing me to adapt to diverse academic needs and learning styles effectively.

I hold an M.Sc. in Anthropology from Panjab University, which has given me an interdisciplinary perspective that connects biology, psychology, and human development. Currently, I am preparing for my Ph.D., reflecting my deep commitment to continuous academic growth and subject mastery. My ongoing research and learning enhance the quality of education I deliver, ensuring that my students receive updated and well-rounded knowledge.

My academic involvement extends beyond classroom teaching. I have conducted research on student psychology, focusing on how academic pressure affects students and the coping mechanisms they use. This research experience has profoundly shaped my teaching approach — helping me create a supportive and empathetic learning environment that prioritizes mental well-being along with academic achievement.

In my classes, I focus on structured lesson planning, interactive learning, and concept clarity. I use PPTs, detailed notes, worksheets, and regular quizzes to ensure students grasp topics thoroughly and retain them effectively. I encourage open discussions and Q&A sessions to make classes lively and engaging. Whether online or offline, my sessions are designed to make learning holistic—combining knowledge, curiosity, and critical thinking to help students grow academically and personally.
