IdentityI have taught in Shivalik Public School, Mohali from 1987-2013 and SPS, Chandigarh from 2015-2022. I taught Science, EVS, Chemistry, Biology and English during my service. I served as effective Coodinator from 2005-2022.
I have good command on language and can help the students in understanding the fundamentals of the subject in an easy, accessible and interesting manner. I teach science through experiments, real life examples which helps students in learning and takes the stress away from them.
I make sure my students are thoroughly prepared for the exams as I go through multiple revisions and tests before the exams which makes the students confident in time for exams. I regularly take doubt removing sessions so that before proceeding to the next chapter or topic, the students are well versed with the previous session.
I upbringing is through the Armed Forces and therefore, I make sure my students understand the value of time, are disciplined, punctual and well prepared for any and every challenge.
During the Lockdown period in 2020, I created and devised interesting online video sessions for students which put the students at ease and helped in a regular continuity in their studies. My efforts were truly admired and appreciated by the School authorities as well as the Parents of the students.
