If you are considering enrolling with Archana, be aware of several major issues that became evident after signing up: Bait-and-Switch Pricing: The profile advertises very low rates, but once you connect directly, she quotes significantly higher fees (up to ₹1,500/hr) and requires upfront payments for multi-class blocks without providing standard tax invoices. Impatient and Irritable Attitude: Rather than creating a supportive environment for public speaking and communication, her demeanor during sessions is impatient and easily agitated. She becomes visibly irritated and scolds students over minor errors rather than providing constructive coaching. Hypocritical Scheduling Policies: There is a severe double standard regarding time. While she frequently reschedules, delays, or pushes demo and regular sessions to accommodate her own schedule, she demonstrates zero flexibility if you ever need to adjust a slot. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, the fee is deducted and counted as completed regardless. No Flexibility for Emergencies: She enforces a rigid zero-refund and no-pause policy. Even in genuine, critical personal or family emergencies, she refuses to refund unused sessions or carry credits forward. A language and public speaking coach needs patience, basic scheduling courtesy, and clear business transparency, none of which were present here.
