Its always good to have basic TCP/IP concepts clear before taking any advanved networking courses like CCNA. If ur good in tcp/ip go for ccna if not study tcp/ip first. Cloud comuting is a different subject all together, if u have interest in it, go for it.

How much salary can one expect after having a B.Tech (CSE) and a CCNA R and S Certificate in Kolkata as a fresher?
As an engineer grads , CTC offering for freshers can be between 1.6 to 3.6 lakh per annum. In MNC you can expect upto 4 lakh as well for certified candidate. Knowledge would be tested here rather certification tag.
