No, There is no pre-requisite for learning CCNA, but i suggest that you go through the relevant chapters in N+. I have seen that it really helps to understand the CCNA topics better.... Just a Thought....

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (70-640), ITIL Foundation course certified.

My suggestion would be to start with learning basic Networking concepts before learning CCNA CCNA is wide concept of Networking devices and configuration. You must know the basic concepts before you start learning CCNA.
