Hi.. as all have suggested, there are various books available for different levels that are good, here are some suggestions which you can choose from depending on your need; "Ganamrutha Bodhini series - Panchapakesha Iyer, Chennai", "Karnataka Sangeetha Shastra" - from the Karnataka Govt, this has both theory and practicals (which is a good one and comes handy if you intend to do certification from KSEEB Board).
