im a french language specialist. I want to be a HR generalist. but im afraid if i change careers my pay will be very less. so what do I do? which field is best? which has long term benefit and increased pay? Why do you want to move to HR? French is much in demand and being a language specialist is great. it will give you opportunities to travel on work, as you gain experience.

That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
