The discipline of Software engineering inevitably involves programming, or writing code. Have you already completed the M.C.A. course, or are you thinking about pursuing it? If it is the former case, you might consider talking to your institute's placement officer about jobs that require performing tasks such as QA (quality assurance), system testing, product/service documentation, and the like. If it is the latter case, then I would strongly suggest that you undergo psychometric tests whose outcomes will give you insights about which discipline you might be a good fit in. Coding/programming is nothing but application of logic, and requires using the left-brain hemisphere. You might train yourself into solving online puzzles involving logic. Doing so will improve your self-confidence. Hope this helps. All the best. read less

Dear Divyam, All software programing involves coding. So, if you don't want to get into coding, think again as you will reduce your options. Teaching, software marketing, hardware etc are other options.
