I am a fresher i didn't learn any courses like .net , java, c. How do i get placed in software firms or else i should get trained in courses? Please guide me in this.

Hi Saicharan, most of the MNC companies are conducting Walkin interviews for Freshers. Check out in their respective website.. Alternatively you can go to the office location, personally meet the HR team, submit your CV. It should work out..

Hello, I am B.Tech graduate in CSE from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi with 82%. I am getting placed in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS. I want to switch from this either with higher studies (MBA/MS) or better job.
