Good Question. If you are a fresh graduate, I would recommend you to learn personality development courses , foreign language course (German/French/Mandarin) would be useful later or interview etiquettes are helpful for sure..

You should go for work experience in any corporate or Industry if you get one....there itself your personality can be groomed. Else, you may go for personality development Classes or diploma courses in languages if you have interest for. You may also go for research in market or stock market applications...

You should first start reading newspaper and other thing to be kept in mind is that having knowledge of all subject is very important and start speaking in English with your friends.It will improve your vocab and speaking skills.
