Do not get disheartened. You need to stand out from the crowd. First take up any job that comes your way. do not sit idle. And start improving your personality by reading newspaper etc. And also improve your knowledge of English. It helps if you are good at spoken English at least.

Hi Kumar,
Its sad that you haven't been into any employment till now, but it is not right to talk about life for the matter of job. Firstly make up your mind and ask yourself whether you are scared of facing interviews or feel low about your self esteem or just stand before a mirror and think positively about yourself and try to identify your weak point as to why you did not attend any interview till now.
there is nothing to fret about your life that you do not have a job.there are different ays where you can try to get employed
!. if you feel your communication skills are bad try speaking with your friends and everyone around you in English even though it may have many errors.this builds your self confidence
2.If you feel your grades are bad, try approaching any good job consultancy in Hyderabad or wherever you live and definitely you can get an employment opportunity with their training and placement skills.
3.you can join some good course related to btech field or a crash course, even this can help you out.
5.if all these points are not relavant to you, still don't lose your hopes,we are humans and its ok if we fail again and again, try out some business plans or take up any family business if you are really interested in it.

all the best KUMAR. :) «less

I highly suggest you to choose ONE Technology and get trained on the same properly. I would like to inform you that Now Software Firms are looking for Immediate Productivity with Less or NO Training from the Company side.

Being myself a Project Manager and participated in several Recruitment drives, I had certainly given high priority for the candidates who had chosen a Technology and got trained properly and or Certified as we find easy to deploy them in a project without much Time/Money spent from the Company Side compared to Not trained Candidates.

Hi Debanjana,

You really need not to worry, if your PGDM has affiliation from AICTE. The main reason why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is because when an Institute is an autonomous body that means it's not affiliated to any University and conducts management courses own on their own Even Institutes like IIMs, XLRI's do notMBA degree. They only give PGP Diploma or PGDM since they are autonomous and independent bodies. On similar lines AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) is allowing approved colleges to run a PGDM course. Some Business Schools offering this AICTE PGDM course need not be autonomous, the PGDM course will be autonomous given by the Institute & directly approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt of India.

Please feel free to contact in case you have any other questions.
