It's just a word, which understand by computer which are called keywords (int), identifier(a,b, 1, age, any number), operator (=), constant (7, values), special symbol (; , end the sentence)

No its not allowed, but some compilers support. Instead check out OOP C++, which would encapsulation, that is better than function in function.
