why do you want to do this? people generally look at reducing the size of the .exe as it offers more flexibility.

haha another tricky question... people try to make their programs more optimised and less in size and you want opposite... so just do one thing... search "how to decrease the size of my C program (.exe file)?" and do exactly opposite to it. However, I believe you will not be able to increase its size up to a specific size... There are another trick to increase sizes like #import as many header files as you can. Another trick is use 3rd party tools to execute your file not directly but indirectly using those tools... so overall size of entire software that you have developed will increase...
