Which is better, a BTech or a Dual Degree from an IIT?

if you got the both oppurtunities from iit then go for b.tech otherwise go for a Dual Degree from an IIT

Dual degree fro IIT always has an edge over Btech.

Btech is better because most of company come to recruite btech students only. very few companies in india recruites for Mtech in campus.
