I am using Wacom Bamboo Tablet from last 2 years... It is awesome. I purchased for Rs. 4100. Its worth really. There is no option to upload file here, else I have photos of my tablet. Hope this will help. If you have further query, feel free to contact me.

Yes. Its good. i ball pad may cost INR2000 atmost. For better quality you can go for higher rates. You can get cheaper one from local items.
